Hello Smitty’s Family and Friends,
It is with tremendous sadness that we share the passing of Evelyne Holenski on April l5th. Evelyne was an extraordinary woman who was our leader and organization founder. For decades she has been a trailblazer in women’s fast-pitch softball, supporting young women in countless ways . With great pride and integrity she and Roy built an organization that we are so very privileged to be a part of. Evelyne was kind and generous and made such an impact on so many. Evelyne created our organization’s values which reflected how she lived “Believe in Yourselves, Work Hard, Play as a Unit and Have Fun!” In Evelyne’s memory, lets be sure to keep this in front as we carry forward her legacy.
